How a person opts in

The business owner visits the public Lead Leak Audit form on the main website or the Dave Bell contact page. Neither page requires a login.
They enter their name, business name, business type, email address, and mobile number.
Directly below the submit button, the form displays the SMS consent disclosure quoted below, with links to the Privacy Policy and Terms, before the form can be submitted.
Submitting the form constitutes the opt-in. Each submission is recorded with its source page, timestamp, and consent-language version. This web form is the only enrollment method — numbers are never purchased, imported, or obtained from third parties.
